Welcome to Intrinsic Supports. As the Founder of IS, I learnt early on in life that we all have a deeper innermost nature that define who we are, what we can achieve and the world of possibilities when we we tap into our Intrinsic self.

I have been in the NDIS Sector for the past 5+ years and I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly of it all. Through the ups and downs, I've been able to journey with Participants to discover the best versions of themselves and help them to find their intrinsic motivation.

IS is here to support you to navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme by keeping it simple and making sure that you fully understand and comprehend your NDIS plan.

I believe in order to be a successful Support Coordinator, we must be working towards working ourselves out of a job. True success is when my Participants can build their capacity to manage and navigate their own plan in their own time.

My commitment to all my Participants is to journey with you through the good and the rough times. We are only limited by our own imagination and I whole-heartedly believe that once you harness the power of your intrinsic motivation, you will open up a world of new possibilities that you never thought possible.

I am a father of Three children and my 7 year old son quotes on a daily basis, "Team work makes the dream work Dad!"

Hi, I'm Ken.

I'm your typical bloke, nothing too flashy about me and not a whole lot about me to share really. I am a father, a husband and a poppy and I enjoy spending quality time with my family.

Throughout my life, I have experienced the effects that mental health can have on a family and I have seen my fair share of adversity. Into the NDIS space, I bring empathy, experience and most of all compassion for my fellow human being because I know that life isn't always easy, but I also know that with a strong support system around you, you will be able to thrive and flourish!

Hi, I'm Tenealle and there's not much to me. I'm the part of the team that takes care of all the administration side of things but I'm also available to handle any enquiry that you may have about your plan and how the NDIS works. The more the NDIS grows, the easier it is to become just another number. Our commitment to you is that you'll never be treated as just another number.
